    1. It depends what you have around you. Could be the most mild cholesterol treatment / or a deep one done by the Aphogee range. There are so many to choose from

  1. I was just wondering with all these oils being applied daily would it not weigh hair down? i have 3b high porosity curls and i feel like having a lot of products can weigh it down especially on my scalp.

    1. Great question Jess! 🙂 You may not need to seal with any oil when you address your ‘day 1 – 7’ hair as a person with 3c. If, however, you do have frizz, then you can add a little bit of coconut oil / any thin oil mixture to curb that frizz.

If your scalp still feels nourished with oils, there’s no need to top it up – you will, however, find that massaging your scalp is one of the more powerful ways of stimulating hair growth.
