Here are 4 building blocks of creating an effective hair care routine.

Step TWO: Cleanse This part of the process allows you to wash away the dirt and grime from your hair and scalp. Tip: Pick shampoos or cleansers that align with your hair goal and a frequency that works with your lifestyle.
Step THREE: Nourish Straight after cleansing, while your hair is wet, introduce a step that will nourish your hair. e.g. Deep conditioning dry brittle hair with a conditioner + Castor Oil
Step FOUR: Targeted Treatment A combination of daily and weekly treatments help you target the areas that stop your hair from thriving. e.g. massaging Castor Oil on the hairline daily for 3 months.
And there you have it, a full fledged diy hair care routine just for you. Remember to couple the routine with products that will align with your hair goals.
