So the ladies at Diasporan Darlings interviewed me a few days ago.  This interview came just after the South African program 3rd Degree aired an episode called ‘It’s just hair isn’t it?’.

Well, I had a few things to say about the people who were featured in this piece. I also had a few things to say about my view on people who are offended by the choice of other people’s hair style.

I would like us all to celebrate the diversity that is African Hair. There are so many things that divide us as a continent, let the beauty and the versatility that is our hair be celebrated and a reason to unify us.
